It also changed how I view movies, ads and commercials. I don’t ​just watch them; I break down every element—lighting, sound, ​script—to see how they’re influencing the audience. This ​understanding has been the foundation of my success as a ​marketer.

Building Brands is ​creating a promise


I was hired by a gambling company to work in Digital ​Marketing. This was a turning point in my career, as I ​discovered the true power of branding. This deep ​understanding of branding helped me take my ​marketing and sales skills to a new level.


By building brands from the ground up, I learned how to shape perceptions, create loyalty, and drive results.


The experience taught me that branding is the heart of any successful marketing strategy—it’s what turns ​products into experiences and customers into advocates.


Transforming ​Recruitment ​into a Passion


When I joined a virtual staffing company, my initial role ​was to sell jobs—but it quickly evolved into something ​much deeper.


I learned the art of recruitment, creating innovative ​sourcing platforms that brought in high-quality hires ​for the company. This experience sparked a passion in ​me: a mission to help people find the best careers and ​workplaces.


Driven by this purpose, we became one of the first ​virtual staffing companies to shift our recruitment ​process to be more customer-centric. We developed ​training and guidelines that empowered recruiters to ​truly support applicants, helping them find not just a ​job, but the right fit. It’s been incredibly rewarding to ​help shape a recruitment approach that puts people ​first.”

Championing ​Wellness Through ​Business


My husband and I built Body Wellness Spa ​in 2020, right in the midst of the pandemic​—a time when taking care of our health ​became more important than ever. As an ​advocate of wellness, I’ve always believed in ​the power of preventive medicine like ​massage and ventosa therapy to enhance ​our quality of life.
